How To Book

Step 1: Select Your Equipment
Browse our range of event equipment and choose the items you need for your event.

Step 2: Choose Your Date(s)
Pick your preferred date or dates.
Our system will instantly show availability.
Hire periods range from 1 to 7 days, so you can book exactly what you need.

Step 3: Add to Cart
Once you’ve selected your equipment and dates, click Add to Cart.

Step 4: Proceed to Checkout
Review your booking and proceed to checkout to confirm your order.

What Happens Next

Before the Event
We’ll reach out to you in advance (first by email, then by phone) to confirm the following:

Location -
Parking -
Start time -
End Time -

Day of the Event
Arrival & Set-Up
Our team will arrive 60 minutes before your event starts.
We’ll handle all the set-up so everything is ready on time.

During the Event
If no attendant is required, we’ll leave once everything is set up.
If an attendant is requested, we’ll stay to supervise gameplay and assist guests.

After the Event
At the end of your session, we’ll return and begin packing up.
Take-down takes around 60 minutes, and we’ll ensure everything is cleared efficiently.

Hire Duration
Total hire time: 4 hours
Plus 60 minutes either side for set-up and take-down.
